Refunds & Exchanges

WE ARE HARLOT really hope that you love your lingerie as much as we love it but we do understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right.


RETURNS
You can return any part of your order within 30 days of receipt.

Email info@weareharlot.co.uk with details of you return and we will send out a free returns label for you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Intimate garments such as briefs and thongs should ALWAYS be tried on over the top of your own lingerie.
  • Please state whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.
  • Ensure the returned items are in their original condition, in their original packaging and with all labels attached. We are not able to accept any returns of items that have been worn and are not in their original condition.
  • Ensure you obtain a proof of postage. All returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and authorised, we will issue a refund via the original payment method.


EXCHANGES
If you'd prefer to exchange, please include details of the exchange item you would prefer. Once your return has been received and accepted, and if we have the stock available, we will send out the replacement item. Exchange items are sent out free of charge.


EXCEPTIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
